About Faith Suite
Nonprofits, including churches, can get G Suite for free. That's a great opportunity, considering it’s the same suite of tools used by over 3 million businesses.
But there's a problem.
But there's a problem.
Churches are often too small to properly administer their G Suite account. They don’t have a large IT department with qualified G Suite admins. If they’re fortunate enough to have a qualified volunteer or staffer to serve as administrator, it's usually all on that person. There's no backup.
That’s why we started Faith Suite. At Faith Suite, we do one thing really well: we help churches manage their G Suite accounts. |
Why churches?
We’re focused on serving churches because we want them to thrive. With decades of experience supporting churches across the US and Canada - plus volunteering in our own congregations - we love churches and want to help them succeed! There are many G Suite business consultants out there, but at Faith Suite our sole focus is churches. We know the unique challenges churches face, and how to configure G Suite to work best in a church context.
Why G Suite?
First, because it’s the best. Second, because reliable, flexible, and user-friendly email is critical infrastructure for every church. We hate to see churches still struggling with clunky, old-school email providers when they could be using G Suite for free. Or using strange email addresses (e.g. firstchurchoffice@msn.com) when they could have email addresses that match their website address (e.g. office@firstchurch.org).
Who Started Faith Suite?
Tim Postuma has been administering G Suite accounts since it was launched by Google as a beta program (back then, called 'Google Apps for Your Domain'). He has deep experience with churches and their use of technology, from managing his own church's G Suite account to managing the web technology of a denomination of 1,000 churches across the US and Canada. Tim started Faith Suite after seeing too many churches who didn't have someone to set up and administer G Suite. Or churches that had one person managing it, with any backup. Tim grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba but now lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
